About Me

My photo
I'm a Guilford College graduate with a B.S. in Criminal Justice; I minored in Visual Arts Photography. My blog tracks the highs and lows of my experience in a Film Photography course during the Spring of 2013 and up to the present, as I delve into digital photography. I may even include other mediums of art such as acrylic paint, graphite drawings, etc. I'll talk about my experiences snapping photos or simply snapping from frustration as well as my successes and failures, tips and tricks that I've learned, and exploring the photography/art world through the lens of a Black woman.

100 Life Goals

I have decided to make a list of 100 Life Goals, with it being a new year, it's like a fresh start for achieving them. The influence for this list was highly inspired by former classmate and artist friend, Sequoya. I wouldn't have gotten the idea or known where to begin without inspiration from her website--her inspiration was Antwon Davis. I hope to get at least a quarter of this list checked off before the year ends. Some of the things on my list may have already been accomplished, but that doesn't take away from the fact that they were life goals.
The goals listed are what I aspire to achieve at this point in my life and with being a 22-year-old college graduate. They're likely to change, who knows. I may even be inspired to add more than 100. I would like to share my life goals with you, they're in no particular order, and I hope you're even inspired to make a list of your own, and then motivated to go for it.
